Our Story

“Every great restaurant is really just a room full of people who keep coming back.”

Regulars started at a family table. It traces back to Sammy's, a family-owned restaurant where we watched, up close, what actually keeps a small restaurant alive. The regulars carried it through slow winters and rough months. They knew the servers by name, ordered "the usual," and kept showing up.

  1. Raising customer retention by five percentage points lifts profit by 25 percent or more.

Source: Bain & Company research, cited by Harvard Business Review.

  2. A second visit is where repeat business begins.

Regulars measures what happens after the first transaction and builds clear reasons to return.

  3. Large operators use loyalty programs, customer records and dedicated marketing teams.

Those systems keep the next visit visible and measurable.

  4. Regulars gives independent owners a smaller version of that system.

Each service has a flat published rate and a defined boundary.

What we believe

  • Retention over acquisition

Repeat business gives an independent owner a steadier base. Everything we build points at the second visit and the tenth.

  • Own what you build

Your list and Google profile stay in your name. We work through access you can remove, and the account history stays with the profiles you control.

  • Built for each address

No franchise red tape and no corporate marketing department in the way. Just what an independent owner actually needs, whether they run one location or a small group of up to three.

  • Process over promises

Sammy's is the first business we name publicly. Any result we publish is observed, dated and sourced.

Regulars builds the systems a chain would have, scoped for an owner who is already doing five jobs. We work with independent small businesses running up to three locations and publish prices, terms and service boundaries before you call.
