A restaurant marketing agency you can price before you call.
Choosing a restaurant marketing agency is easier with the numbers in front of you, so here they are: the four jobs we do for a restaurant, what each one costs, how the first ninety days run and the restaurants we suit. Regulars started at a family table and puts restaurants first.
What a restaurant-first agency does every month
It comes down to four jobs. Here is each one and the service that does it.
Get found and chosen
When somebody nearby looks for a place to eat, your Google profile is often the first thing they see. Local Search keeps it accurate and active, with 4 to 5 Google Posts, up to 5 of your own photos and a written report every month. Review Engine asks your guests for reviews and writes a reply to every Google review in your voice. We post the 4 and 5 star replies and send you the 1 to 3 star drafts to approve first.
Local Search, $700/mo per eligible location · Review Engine, $500/mo
Answer the call you missed
A phone that rings out mid-rush can send a guest somewhere else. Missed-Call Text-Back sends the caller a friendly text with a way to book, one text per caller in any 24 hours, and a person answers the replies inside one business day. Texting starts once the carriers approve your registration, typically a few days to about three weeks.
Missed-Call Text-Back, $150/mo
Own the guest list
The guests who sign up with you belong on a list you own. Email & Text List Building gives you a branded signup page, a QR code, counter cards and a welcome automation, then imports the marketing opt-ins every month from the guest export you send us.
Email & Text List Building, $100/mo
Bring them back
A first visit turns into a habit when there is a reason to return. Email & SMS Campaigns sends 2 to 4 campaigns a month, planned quarterly with you. Every one goes by email and up to two a month also go by text, each carrying one offer and a trackable redemption code so you can see what it brought in.
Email & SMS Campaigns, $700/mo
Websites, social, Meta ads and photography are there when you need them, each with its own published price on Services. If you take reservations, Regulars Reserve is the reservation and floor software we built for owner-operated restaurants, priced on its own page.
The prices, in writing
The four jobs are packaged as three bundles, each building on the one before. A bundle is one monthly price plus a $297 setup for its first location, and it runs at 50 percent off for the first 90 days, then the full rate from day 91. You can also choose single services one at a time.
- EssentialsLocal Search, Review Engine, Missed-Call Text-Back$1,299/mo
- SignatureEverything in Essentials, Email & Text List Building$1,349/mo
- The WorksEverything in Signature, Email & SMS Campaigns$1,949/mo
The website is its own decision. Website Launch is a one-time $1,800 project, and the code, the files and the repository become yours on final payment. After launch, the $99/mo Care Plan covers hosting plus one content update a month. The full menu is on Pricing, and the calculator shows how many extra covers a week pay for any monthly line.
Why we publish flat prices
You should know what a thing costs before the first conversation about it, so the number is on the page before you call. A flat fee also keeps the incentives plain. If you add Ads Management, its fee stays the same whatever you spend, because the ad budget goes straight to Meta on your card. The software our services run on is ours to pay for, so they carry no separate bill for tools. Rates can rise once a year, by 5 to 8 percent, and that is published too.
How the first ninety days run
- Before you sign
- A free 15-minute visibility audit of your Google profile, reviews, socials and site, with three fixes you could make this week.
- Day one
- We record your starting numbers before anything changes: Google views, calls, direction requests, review count and rating, and list size. Every report after that is measured against them.
- The first weeks
- We set up the services you chose: your Google profile, the review flow, your signup page and list, and tracking opened in your own Google account. Your texting registration is filed the first business day after your details are complete, and email goes to work in week one.
- When the carriers approve
- Texting switches on. The carriers own that clock, anywhere from a few days to about three weeks, and you will always know where it stands.
- Every month
- A written report by the fifth business day, in plain English, against your baseline. One person owns your account, and a 15-minute check-in call is yours any month you want it.
- Day 91 onward
- A bundle moves to its full published rate. After the firm first 90 days everything runs month to month, and leaving takes 30 days of notice.
Who we suit
We suit owner-operated restaurants and cafés running up to three locations, where the owner still knows the regulars by name and wants the marketing handled by one person who picks up the phone. A room with guests worth keeping, a Google profile that could work harder and a guest list nobody has used yet is the right starting point.
We are the wrong call for chains and franchises, for any business with a marketing department between us and the owner, for anyone who needs a ranking guaranteed, and for national SEO, funnels or influencer marketing, which year one leaves off the menu on purpose.
Regulars is based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. If your restaurant is here too, our page on restaurant marketing in Harrisburg covers the local picture.
Questions to ask any agency before you sign
- Can I see the price before the first call?
- Yes. Every price is published: services, bundles and projects on our Pricing page, and the social packages and Regulars Reserve on their own pages. Bundles start at $1,299 a month with a $297 setup.
- Who owns the Google profile, the guest list and the website?
- You do. Your Google profile stays in your name and you give us access to manage it. The domain, the list and the content are yours, the website code becomes yours on final payment, and tracking lives in your own Google account.
- Do I have to take a bundle?
- No. Every service is sold on its own at its published price, and a bundle packages the common ones for less than buying those lines separately.
- Will you guarantee rankings or more covers?
- No. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, because search placement and results depend on Google and on your guests. We commit to the work in the services you choose and a written monthly report against the baseline we record on day one.
- Who does the work, and who answers when I call?
- One person owns your account and does the work on it. Call (717) 610-6712 and you reach that person. Messages get a reply within one business day.
- Do you mark up ad spend?
- No. Ads Management is $300/mo. Media spend is separate, has a $450 monthly minimum under the current terms, and goes straight to Meta on your card.
- If I leave, what do I keep?
- Everything that was yours: your Google profile, the domain, the list and the content. Your data exports free as a CSV within 15 days, and your phone number keeps forwarding for 60 days after you go.
- Do you work with restaurants outside Harrisburg?
- We are based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and our on-site shoots run inside roughly thirty driving minutes of the city. If you are further out, ask on the call and we will be straight with you about what fits.
Or call (717) 610-6712, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
